Our services break down into two main categories
Remedial works to occupied existing structures where developers, managing agents or landlords believe that their current PFP is inadequate or missing entirely. We can take the project from initial FREE survey to fully documented report along with a quotation which includes all plant, building work in connection (BWIC) such as cutting access holes in ceilings and walls and there subsequent re-installation, making good and re-decorating along with access systems and PFP works. We employ our own in-house decorators, electricians, dryliners etc to provide a polite, clean and efficient service.
Traditional install of PFP products to new installations such as apartment blocks and commercial office units etc. Services such as intumescent coatings, cementitious spray, encasement systems and fire doors are all available.
The service penetration systems we provide and install are cost-effective and prevent the spread of fire, smoke and toxic gases through penetrations in the walls and ceilings of structures.
These sealing systems include Intumescent mastics, Ablative Batts, fire barriers and fire compounds.
Our software system is App based and electronically records the survey and fire stopping installation process. Mapping the location of all penetrations to walls and floors, and each fire-stopped area, it records the date, what materials were used and a unique reference number, providing a permanent record of fire-stopped locations for the client and so it manages the process of documenting all fire barrier penetrations and passive fire protection within a building.
We are therefore able to provide our clients with electronic marked up drawings and a photographic report (including before and after photographs) as well as a full schedule of all survey works and remedial works, providing an industry standard fully audited report.
